- Soon after he won the BEMANI 2004 Vocalist Audition (see below), pictures of him when a pierced face with a chain attached to it were taken. This was digitally removed before they were sent out because, according to the pop'n music staff members, they "didn't want his pierced face to scare children from playing the game".
