Avril is vocalist Sanae Shintani's first and only EP during her tenure at KONAMI. It contains several new songs and two new long versions of pop'n music songs. A special edition version of Avril also included a DVD of Sana songs performed live, as well as a bonus music video of her song チェリ・ガール.
