** yes but was scrapped with no word why. We completed 10 remixes, but the project died. It was official Mario songs (from several games including Dr. Mario) remixed from the original sounds (not recreated), still have all the sounds and final stems. Regarding Don't Stop
Hi! Welcome and thanks for your contributions to this wiki.
I have one question regarding Don't Stop. I've seen that you've updated your artist page including it, but since it's an old licensed song (and most of the songs you worked on BEMANI as a producer were KONAMI originals), I just wanted to ask you if you were indeed referring to Freestylers' Don't Stop or another song. --FinalOffset (talk) 16:56, 25 August 2019 (UTC)
I was involved in so many songs, months sometimes years before the game came out. I never asked what game it was for and we named all songs, but sometimes the names and artists were changed, which was perfectly fine as per the agreement I had with Konami. In saying that I did a song called Don't stop for a project I code named Konami_Wii_2007, meaning all I knew is it was for a Wii game (maybe hottest party) and I did the work in January 2007. The song was called Don't stop, the singer was Alison Wade and I have the full lyrics because we made them as well. I just googled the lyrics.... Konami named the song The_beat
- Thanks for the reply! All information has been already updated. --FinalOffset (talk) 16:36, 26 August 2019 (UTC)
- Interesting story. I reckon the name was changed to avoid confusion with, as opposed to the Freestylers song, the KONAMI Original song of the same name. --totally not by MENDES (talk) 09:58, 26 August 2019 (UTC)
