Synopsis
Yukashiku Academy High School, a nationally known private school, was known for their strict school spirit and ancient traditions.
However, the executive chairman of the student council, supported by a majority of the students, wanted to make the atmosphere of the school more free and innovative.
When told of this, it clashed directly with the ideals of the governing central committee and its chairman, who were concerned about the deterioration of morals and behavior.
In the middle of this, the mysterious masked individual of justice, "Kick Out Kamen" suddenly appeared.
Her appearance suddenly made this feud between the two sides, which was confined in classrooms, very public, and militant activities for both sides increased.
In order to subdue "Kick Out Kamen" as a heroic act, Toru Shigei, the chairman of the governing central committee, secretly established a special governing organization, which uses force to aggressively restore order.
