- The alias used by Hideyuki Ono on 三毛猫ロックンロール, Maji-SKA (マジSKA), is a reference to Anettai Maji-SKA Bakudan (亜熱帯マジ-SKA爆弾), a former band of Hideyuki Ono alongside Jimmy Weckl and DokiDokiDokky, who contributed many songs for GuitarFreaks & DrumMania and pop'n music.
- 三毛猫ロックンロール is the only song in the Mikeneko series that doesn't involve Mutsuhiko Izumi or Yoshihiko Koezuka.
