• VEGA is the ACT 2 song of the OUR SPACE WAR (ぼくらの宇宙戦争) event of beatmania IIDX 20 tricoro.
  • The name of the ACT 2 boss is Vega Rabbit.
    • The Vega Rabbit is the only ぼくらの宇宙戦争 character that isn't shown in the beatmania IIDX 21 SPADA ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK booklet.
• VEGA is REDALiCE's first purely instrumental song in beatmania IIDX.
• According to REDALiCE, VEGA took him three days and nights to complete.
  • He also notes he was surprised by the overlays featuring a "gentleman" instead of something cute, or a girl. Fukutomi WAVE makes note of this in her song comments.
• Vega is the brightest star in the constellation Lyra, the fifth brightest star in the night sky and the second brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere, after Arcturus.
