LADY?
Do we know the person in the bg is LADY? Was it confirmed by the background designer herself? Thanks - SR 2019

- The problem I have is, LADY's outfit in that video does not match up well with the bg in CARTOON HEROES, and LADY has green eyes in the arcade series, while the person in CARTOON HEROES' bg has blue eyes.
