Biographical Information
One of the earliest and most influential artists in all of Pop'n Music, shio is responsible for many of the character design changes that went on throughout the series, starting with Pop'n Music 5. The characters' designs would slowly change from their early beatmania-like appearances (incidentally, shio also worked on beatmania videos) to a more cartoony, anime style look. At her peak she was doing as much as half the character designs a game! Her position as head CG designer, though, has since passed on to eimy.
shio has also done videos for IIDX on and off since AC 8th style. All her videos features 2-D artwork, and all except votum stellarum and 凛として咲く花のごとく are listed under her other alais, kaeru.
