BEMANI SUMMER GREETINGS
The BEMANI SUMMER GREETINGS event is an event between the following six BEMANI titles, in the following order:
- GITADORA Matixx / GITADORA EXCHAIN
- jubeat clan / jubeat festo
- SOUND VOLTEX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN
- pop'n music うさぎと猫と少年の夢 / pop'n music peace
- DanceDanceRevolution A
- ノスタルジア Op.2

Unlock events for each game are as follows:
GITADORA
- Matixx Quest Part 3 (第3弾) (August 10th, 2018 to September 9th, 2018) Run! Bear Marathon:
Help OTOBEAR reach the goal by clearing as many songs as possible. Long Version songs move OTOBEAR thrice the distance than normal.
- Matixx Quest Part 4 (第4弾) (August 15th, 2018 to September 9th, 2018) Random Challenge:
Clear songs by selecting "Random All Songs". By clearing HOT songs or by clearing songs with a rank higher than S, players will obtain a bonus on increasing the unlock gauge.
- Matixx Quest Part 5 (第5弾) (August 22nd, 2018 to September 9th, 2018): Achievement Rate Challenge!:
Obtain as high achievement rates as possible. By playing certain bonus songs, the rates you earn will be doubled.

As of August 16th, 2018, songs can be unlocked by obtaining pow by playing regular songs (which will grant the player 10pow), or by playing HOT MUSIC songs (which grant 30pow).

pop'n music
Songs can be unlocked from August 23rd, 2018 via the NAVIfes (ナビフェス) unlocking system. In the Korean version, the 20180821** update made these songs available from September 3rd, 2018 instead.

Songs can be unlocked from August 30th, 2018 by the EXTRA SAVIOR unlocking system. Their charts must be unlocked one at a time, from BASIC to EXPERT. Prey's charts are only available after having unlocked the corresponding charts of the other BEMANI SUMMER GREETINGS songs.
ノスタルジア
The following songs can be unlocked as part of the Early Summer Island and Mid-Summer Island stamp collecting events:
- Early Summer Island: October 18th to November 14th, 2018
- Mid-Summer Island: October 25th to November 14th, 2018

Trivia
- BEMANI SUMMER GREETINGS is the first multi-BEMANI game unlock event that only involves in-house BEMANI artists as the composers since 私立BEMANI学園, back in 2013.
- None of the artists are credited in the jackets for the BEMANI SUMMER GREETINGS songs.
- The jacket designers are also left uncredited in the SOUND VOLTEX series.
- Earlier data for the songs in GITADORA Matixx and jubeat clan credited the songs to alternate aliases that do not use the BEMANI Sound Team moniker, most of which have even appeared in earlier versions of the jackets as well. It is unknown as to why these names were scrapped or if they were planned to play a bigger role in the event. The original aliases used and their final counterparts are:
- 七瀬川 六夏 (Rikka Nanasegawa) → BEMANI Sound Team "DJ TOTTO feat.MarL"
- 四月一日 水雲 (Mozuku Watanuki) → BEMANI Sound Team "person09"
- 四月一日 literally translates to April 1st.
- 吸川 ヒカル (Hikaru Suikawa) → BEMANI Sound Team "猫叉Master"
- 兎野 カヨ (Kayo Uno) → BEMANI Sound Team "U1 overground"
- 麻風 砂蘭 (Saran Asakaze) → BEMANI Sound Team "劇団レコード"feat.結良まり
- 寒雷 楸 (Kisasage Samurai) → BEMANI Sound Team "Dustup"
- 歪巳 環 ＆ 奏月 ぽぷり (Tamaki Ibitsumi & Popuri Kanazuki) → BEMANI Sound Team "HuΣeR feat.PON"
- Though ノスタルジア was absent in the original 5 game lineup for BEMANI SUMMER GREETINGS, the songs all appeared in the ノスタルジア folder in pop'n music うさぎと猫と少年の夢, hinting at its future involvement.
- They were all removed from the ノスタルジア folder in pop'n music peace at launch date, though.
