Yoshinobu Saito is a freelance artist from Kobe, Japan. He was formerly an employee at KONAMI's arcade game branch, having joined the company on April 1998. During his six-year tenure at KONAMI, Yoshinobu worked as a 3D artist and character designer for games such as SILENT SCOPE and dogstation. After leaving KONAMI, Yoshinobu was commissioned to work on videos for the GuitarFreaks & DrumMania series.
