I now have made "No Tears", a song that could be considered a theme song.
I thought of a theme of someone who had a dark past but decides to live for the future!

That's the basic gist of the song. Do you think that it is positive?

I asked Aikapin to help supply vocals for the song.
She is not only bright, but she also supplies some serious cool touches to the song!
She was able to not get drowned out by the kicks in this song!

Hello, nice to meet all of you, my name is Aikapin.

Even when I was young, there has been an arcade in my city.
It has been very popular among the people there, and hasn't really slowed down.
So I was really honored when I was chosen to sing for such a series like beatmania...I still feel like it is just a dream.
I was told earlier that there were so many songs in beatmania that it would be too much for me.
But even now, after all these weeks, it still hasn't hit me that I was chosen.
Actually, when I had finished singing the song, I was wrapped up in a joy that cannot be described in words.

OK, let me write about the song.
Although this is a serious song with some deep meanings, there is still some positive pop influences in there.
This may be a little selfish of me, but I interpreted the song as about a teenage girl with a lot of decisions that she has to make in her life.
She is young and a bit immature, and yet she is suffering because there are no easy choices that she can make going forward.
A decision has to made with both bad and good consequences that will occur due to the hurdles that she faces.
I tried to make a ratio of 3:7 between darkness and light to represent this.
I usually sing darker themed music, so it was very refreshing to sing and develop a song that had some brighter sounds and tones to it.
Come, I hope to see a lot of you play this song.

Hello, T da here.
Anyways, the movie here is a bit of an imitation.
I wanted to make a strong character while at the same time have a SF atmosphere throughout, but it ended up being a straightforward animation about a woman who is determined to overcome her past and to embrace her future.
You can say that the overlays are futuristic, and that if you play well in your mission, you will get to see the character grow hair.

By the way, I had some misunderstandings on how the IIDX overlays and animation production worked.
So, if you do play the song, you may be able to notice some errors.

  • Some of the overlays are overexposed
  • There are some overlays that blink in and out
  • When the character's hair grows, the hair was shifted a bit out of place, so it looks like it is growing in weird places.

I sent such a large amount of data that these bugs began to appear.
From the beginning, I gave NAGI and the IIDX team so much trouble.
For all of your help in fixing the numerous bugs I thank you!
