Seiya Murai
During my previous job, I worked on a game which used American cartoon characters and created songs which felt exactly like this~ back then, so I've mastered these melodies (laughs).
CARTOON is the English word for anime. There was definitely one anime-styled song included in every pop'n game so far, but this time, I slightly changed this direction and tried to include an American-styled song. A cartoon called "Toon Mania" doesn't actually exist, of course.

This character has existed since I thought about including a character in 3, and he finally appeared here. Actually, the rejected character Kevin received quite some support from fans, so I'd like him to appear soon.
Anyways, I'm still emotional that my ambition for a boy character to appear has actually come true!
