It's gonna erupt, it's gonna burst
Feel the rhythm heating up

Radical gabber groove hits the floor
You better keep up with it

THE DETONATOR

We're gonna devastate the place down

Yeah
You better keep up with it

It's about to get down y'all

Feel the rhythm
Feel the beat
Detonation is about to come

You think this is it
You haven't seen nothing
You think this is it
You haven't seen nothing
Get ready for an explosion
You've never seen or imagined

Gonna detonate the rush in you

Song Production Information

Sound/L.E.D.

For the IIDX GOLD collaborations, we were planning six collaboration songs, and this song was going to be added as another collaboration song, but as a hidden song. I had wanted to work with teranoid, so we made a agreement to make a song together, which even before we finished the song, we titled "THE DETONATOR."
(By the way, teranoid spent a lot of time on this)

After several exchanges of data, I asked teranoid for his finished part, but he then introduced the idea of adding an MC to the song, so when I listened to the song, I was pleasantly surprised by how strong the song sounded.
teranoid, a feeling of dread... I like it.

Also, a full version of"THE DETONATOR" is on L.E.D.'s recently released album "denjin-k", with a foreign flavor and a slightly altered virtual live version, making it more hardcore.
If you are interested, please come and listen to the album.

Sound/teranoid

Hey, everyone, it's been a while.
After a long absence, teranoid has participated in IIDX.
I had a chance to hear Mr. Toshiyuki Katuka's samples of the song beforehand, and my heart resonated with the savage quality of the music.
"I must work with this person to create a song!"
That was what I was thinking.
Fortune must have been smiling at me, because I received a call for a IIDX collaboration, and so I seized the opportunity.
We enthusiastically went to work, and created a collaboration song that we both can be proud of.

Now for a bit of a story. Before I was contacted about a collaboration, my musical influences was moderately American. But recently, I have been listening to more Dutch music, which I think is more profound and dramatic. This is why the song has a Dutch flavor to it, with an American atmosphere all around it, and an essential Japanese element at its original base.

Video Production Information

This is a detonation. It seems to be detonating. It is cool.

The nucleus sent a signal from the nerve to the synapse, activating my muscles and causing images to form.
I let these images form and reform and it became something else.

Forgive me if I am giving a bit of an intense image for this high-paced song.
Thinking about the important parts of the song, I wanted to make the movie such that it would enhance the video game music and add tension.
