When I first produced THE DOOR INTO RAINBOW, the subtitle and theme for IIDX 18 had not been determined.<br>
When I first produced THE DOOR INTO RAINBOW, the subtitle and theme for IIDX 18 had not been determined.<br>


In contrast with the previous style, [[AC SIRIUS|SIRIUS]], however, I wanted to have the theme and songs have more of a bright color to them, but I only had a vague idea of what it would be like.  I talked with [[dj Taka]] about what direction to take the series, whether we should have more of a HANDZ UP type theme for the series, and whether my opinion would suit it.  <br>

When I first produced THE DOOR INTO RAINBOW, the subtitle and theme for IIDX 18 had not been determined.

In contrast with the previous style, SIRIUS, however, I wanted to have the theme and songs have more of a bright color to them, but I only had a vague idea of what it would be like. I talked with dj TAKA about what direction to take the series, whether we should have more of a HANDZ UP type theme for the series, and whether my opinion would suit it.

After some thinking, I thought "why couldn't we set it up at a fictional resort?". And so, it was chosen.
With a resort theme, I felt that it would allow the other musicians to compose a great variety of songs that would tie into the basic concept of a resort and of light while letting them express their own musical tastes.

This track is the song I produced that ties into this image.

I put in a lot of effort to balance these two ideas, but I might have pushed it modestly.
