Sakura/PSM HS modifiers
- I'm pretty sure the Sakura/PSM HS exceptions were CS exclusive, but I don't have access to an 8th/9th Style machine to verify that. --Thunderbird (talk) 17:50, 1 April 2017 (UTC)
