It finally appeared, you can enjoy that popular song in pop'n, you did it!!!

=== pop'n music 14 FEVER! onwards ===
The BEAT ROCK spirit is here! A message to "those dreamers" from a former rock boy.

=== TAKA ===
When I requested to write the song "[[fellows]]" for [[AC bm THE FINAL|beatmania THEFINAL]], I was inspired by my memories around the time I was involved in beatmania, but I also wanted to try creating a song in IIDX which overlapped with my past rock boy self.
Compared to that time 10 years ago, how am I now?.... This song was born from such thoughts.

So I purposely didn't rely on modern technology, as I was determined to rely on my memories and old-fashioned techniques to complete this song.
Nowadays, I have musician friends who I can ask to play the guitar and drums while having a beer, and some of them asked me, "what, you could've just told me and I'd have played", but I didn't want to do that this time.

Facing my past self.... beyond that mirror is a confrontation with a familiar boy.

That's why it made sense for me to do the whole process, from songwriting, arranging, programming, performing, singing, recording, and engineering, even if I did them poorly.
As expected, recording and singing alone was quite lonely, but.....

With VJ GYO's direction, who sympathized with such thoughts, I unexpectedly ended up appearing in this movie, but we were neither joking nor serious, instead we had a mysterious tension.

For the lyrics
The song is about the frustration and irritation of helplessly longing for the one I dreamed about, to the point where you can't help but yearn for it.
The "dreamers" should certainly understand this.
The bigger the dream, the harder it is to be fulfilled, and you'll be tormented by indescribable anxiety everyday, but if you believe in yourself and overcome them, I'm sure it'll become some form in a different place.
This is also a message delivered to such "dreamers".

=== VJ GYO ===
I tried to edit this video with a sense of speed unique to BEAT ROCK.

In addition to the vocalist, guitarist, bassist, and drummer appearing in the same timeline.
When you see them for a moment, their reflective figures are connected to the video's most shining parts.
I wanted to make it feel a bit like being in the front row of a small live house...

I'm not a rock boy who was active in authentic band activities like TAKA, but I remember not only filming and editing this video, but also searching for a studio and costumes... By working together with TAKA to tackle some band activities, it feels like finally settling something that I left behind in my memories during those days.

Music Comment

pop'n music 9→13 カーニバル

It finally appeared, you can enjoy that popular song in pop'n, you did it!!!

pop'n music 14 FEVER! onwards

The BEAT ROCK spirit is here! A message to "those dreamers" from a former rock boy.

Song Production Information

TAKA

When I requested to write the song "fellows" for beatmania THEFINAL, I was inspired by my memories around the time I was involved in beatmania, but I also wanted to try creating a song in IIDX which overlapped with my past rock boy self.

Video Production Information

VJ GYO
