Hi~! I'm the cheerful Caribbean girl, Senórita Rica. There are various kinds of music that can be called Latin, but this song's genre is SALSA, which was born in Cuba and raised in New York. SALSA's charm is the undulating groove created by Latin percussion, groovy piano, and powerful chorus. I've been a Latin fan every day for a long time, but I tried to carefully listen to it even more when I was in charge of composing this song, and ended up falling in love with it even more when I listened to the polished song.... but, I had quite some trouble conveying that charming sound in the game in less than a day (!?), and I ended rearranging the button sounds many times. I was particularly troubled by including many syncopated sounds. I wanted to express cheerfulness in this song, which is also one of the true traits I feel in Latin. Particularly with the flute in the middle section and the piano in the second half. However, this song is a distinctively dance piece, after all! I'd be very satisfied if you can somehow feel "I'd like to dance a bit to it". SALSA is a passionate dance for couples, and by all means, to you and your lovely partner...!!! Muchas gracias | |||
