- This is the first (and only) version of Pop'n Music to have Scotty D (Scott Dolph) singing in it. He is best known for his song "Drop the Bomb" from the PlayStation version of Dance Dance Revolution 3rd Mix.
- The bonus songs from the original Pop'n Music are playable this time around from the get-go.
