Profile
xac, also known as Xacla, is a trance and drum'n'bass artist who regularly contributes for the Diverse System doujin circle. He has also released various Be-Music Source Files (BMS).
xac first appeared in BEMANI via the beatmania IIDX 17 SIRIUS ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK REMIX Contest, remixing kors k's Programmed Sun. A short version of said remix, Programmed Sun (xac Antarctic Ocean mix), was later put on beatmania IIDX 18 Resort Anthem. He has since made a few appearances in BEMANI, including appearing in a FLOOR CONTEST.
Trivia
- The xac alias is a reference to the initials of his favorite trance artists, X-Dream, Above & Beyond and Chicane.
- According to xac himself, the beatmania IIDX composers that influenced him the most are HIROSHI WATANABE and L.E.D..
- Xacla never used his xac alias outside of BEMANI, leading people to think Xacla and xac were not the same person despite music similarities. This was finally disclosed on July 29th, 2018 due to the announcement of Xacla's first album, with Xacla being also referred as xac.
