Trivia
- 255 is one of the unlocks of beatmania IIDX 25 CANNON BALLERS' Gekisou! Cannon racer (激走!キャノンレーサー) event. It can be unlocked from July 26th, 2018 by beating Saruis & Rche in the fourth continent, or by clearing the fourth continent.
- 255 is recognized as a special number in computing, being the maximum representable value in an 8-digit binary number (11111111).
- 255 is speculated to either be Ryutaro Nakahara (due to similarities in melody and chord usage), former in-house artist Naoki Maeda (due to his usage of the "SPEED RAVE" and "HYPER ____" genres, as well as artist aliases named after the BPM in songs), or a collaboration of both artists.
- The cryptic comment on the IIDX Cannon Ballers song information page also follows Naoki Maeda's previous comment patterns for his difficult songs.
- 255 is the maximum value that can be assigned to a primary color channel in the RGB24 color model. When maxing out the values of all three primary colors, the end result is white, the HTML color code of which is #FFFFFF. This is the artist alias used for Couleur=Blanche which Ryutaro was involved in, further solidifying the possibility of the first or third outcomes.
- However, this also introduces the possibility of the involvement of Yoshitaka Nishimura, who was also involved in the composition and arrangement of Couleur=Blanche alongside Ryutaro. Coincidentally, Yoshitaka was also scouted out and introduced to BEMANI by Naoki himself.
