Trivia

  • MVA is one of the TOWN2 unlocks in pop'n music 19 TUNE STREET's TOWN MODE.
    • Once unlocked in pop'n music 19 TUNE STREET, MVA can be purchased in the TOWN MODE CD shop for 1200 TP.
  • According to L.E.D., MVA was supposed to be 540BPM originally, but was immediately shot down by PON, who, according to L.E.D., just silently stared at him, as if saying to him, "How many years have you been doing this job?". L.E.D. then toned it down accordingly to 270BPM.
    • Had MVA remained 540BPM, it would have held the record for highest constant BPM in any BEMANI series at its time of release.
  • MVA's charts were created by sound director wac.
    • wac also notes he wanted to keep the song at 540 BPM, but also notes he considered making MVA go as high as 1080 BPM, but noted how "no one would play it" at that point.
      • He also thought of adding in a slowdown to 135/67.5 in the middle section of MVA, but decided against it after worry people would complain about it.
  • MVA is available in pop'n music Lively as part of the pop'n music Lively Music Pack vol.3 (pop'n music Lively 楽曲パック vol.3).

Song Production Information

L.E.D.-G

Hello, I'm L.E.D.-G.

When I asked PON, "this song is 540 BPM, is that okay?", he was silent,
but his eyes seemed to say something like, "... How long have you been doing this job?".
Considering that he was talking to someone at least 10 years older, even one who was saying something absurd,
he seemed to have stopped himself from saying it out loud.

I'm sorry, I'm just imagining.

No, to be honest, I knew it too. I knew that a base BPM of 540 isn't pop'n style.
But I just wanted to say it.
I mean, in the SPEEDCORE genre, instead of having the usual 4 bass drum hits per measure,
it's customary to have 8 hits per measure, which is interpreted as doubling the tempo,
so I followed that convention, but for game convenience, it's still not there.

So what I'm trying to say is, I wanted to make players understand
that even though it says 270 BPM on the screen, the real BPM is 540.
