I challenged myself to create a track which inherits the atmosphere of GRADIUSIC CYBER, which was favorably received by everyone.
I scattered some tones which were featured in the previous song, and intended to also create a fresh feeling which brings the atmosphere closer.
I needed the courage to create a track which serves as a sequel to the popular song, but this is personally my favorite.
By the way, although the song title is based on a certain KONAMI medal game, it has nothing to do with it, I'm sorry.
Well, let's talk about its genre like Togo-chef sometimes does.
What's the difference between "BIG BEAT" and "DIGITAL ROCK"? It's often discussed, but based on my understanding, there's no clear differences (I haven't heard the term "DIGITAL ROCK" being used much lately).
From there, it's based on my personal interpretation.
From my vague image, BIG BEAT has a middle tempo with bulky rhythms, which feels like it's sitting on your back.
Examples of these included in the IIDX series include "GAMBOL", "ELECTRO TUNED", and "Schlagwerk".
Conversely, DIGI ROCK has an image of uptempo and sense of speed, like sprinting.
This song highly relies on breakbeats, so I wonder if it can be used to push the song forward.
It's just my own personal interpretation, so perhaps it's best not to use it elsewhere.
But, the genre originated by someone on their own, so I wonder if this could become a new standard~.
I'm just kidding.
So, IIDX properly uses such feeling, but the genre is basically decided by the person who created the track, so of course there are exceptions depending on the person's interpretation.

I was personally lucky to be in charge of the movie of dj TAKA's "LEADING CYBER", which is my favorite song in beatmania IIDX 3rd style? I think so.
Although the development time felt a bit harsh, the power of dj TAKA's music motivated me, and I was able to enjoy working on it with extremely high tension.
I really enjoyed the process of gathering the finely scattered sounds and inserting them in the video.
The more you listen (the more you play), you can taste LEADING CYBER!
As a fan of dj TAKA, I expect more hot songs in the future.

Movie Production Process: LEADING CYBER edition!
0. Suddenly receive mini ramen (supper) from the director KAGE.
1. Receive a convenience store lunch box from VJ GYO.
2. Receive yogurt from GOLI.
3. When I realized, I had limited sleep time.
4. Listen to the explosive song.
5. Calculate the number of frames from the BPM, and create the looping materials.
6. Create a base using the materials, and roughly match the song's length.
7. Take the illustration materials from GOLI.
8. Create the materials of the climax part. Include it in the base.
9. Add the opening and ending.
10. Show the completed video to KAGE!
