- Fervidex is Kazuki Terao's first KONAMI original song, as well as his first appearance in the beatmania IIDX series.
- It is also his first BEMANI song under his Feryquitous alias.
- Like most Kazuki's songs (especially as Feryquitous), Fervidex uses a made-up title and lyrics.
- According to Feryquitous, "Fervidex" translates to Japanese as "到達" (Tōtatsu), which means "Arrival" in English.
