- First and only append Dance Maniax game, and the final game in the series.
- Interface is identical to Dance Maniax 2ndMIX's, with the only noticeable difference being the sound effect when selecting songs being changed.
- Two new courses in MARATHON mode were added: one for the 25 songs present from Dance Maniax, and another with the 14 new songs from this version.
- EXTRA STAGE is now available for MUSIC SELECT mode.
