While comparing pop'n's buttons to 9 percussion instruments, I wondered if it'd be nice to have an extremely primitive "banging feeling", and after discussing it with the artist, this song resulted in an extremely interesting new genre (of course, no music genre called AFRICA exists). Initially, the song had a superhuman notechart where you played all the percussion instrument parts, but since no one could clear it, we eventually adjusted several parts.
