General Information / Changes
- Song list includes all the new songs from beatmania 7thMIX keepin' evolution.
- Introduces 1-Turn Scratches same as beatmania 7thMIX.
- Unlike beatmania 7thMIX, songs on Single and Double are still rated the same in beatmania III APPEND 7thMIX keepin' evolution. This also goes for its sequel, beatmania III THE FINAL.
- An error occurs in tsunagi (expert) mode. When LIQUID RAIN's Single HARD chart is included, the score is calculated incorrectly higher. It can be over 100,000 points.

- The ending song changes depending on the majority of the songs played from 1st to final stages and their folder(s) from where they originate (i.e. completeMIX, ClubMIX, beatmania III). If there is no clear majority, one of the endings is chosen randomly.

Phase Unlocks
III APPEND 7thMIX has a phase unlock system, where by entering codes at the Test Mode screen you can unlock secret songs or charts. Each phase code entered will also unlock all the content of every phase below it, and stays on until Backup Clear is done. Current phase is displayed at leftmost of the Test Mode screen.
- Phase 01: Enter to I/O (SERIAL). While holding 2 and 4, press 3. Exit from I/O (SERIAL).
- Unlocks STEEL CAGE (LONG) and ANOTHER charts for FREE KICKER and LIQUID RAIN.
- Phase 02: Enter to I/O (SERIAL). Press 5-8-3-4-1-9. Exit from I/O (SERIAL). Must be in phase 1.
- Phase 03: Enter to I/O (SERIAL). Press 6-4-2-7-7-4. Exit from I/O (SERIAL). Must be in phase 2.
- Unlocks monotone and HEALEN (LONG).
- Phase 04: Enter to I/O (SERIAL). Press 8-1-5-7-5-8-4-4-2. Exit from I/O (SERIAL). Must be in phase 3.
- Unlocks LAUGA and REFERENCE and ANOTHER charts for AFRONOVA PRIMEVAL and BE LOVIN.
- Phase 05: Enter to I/O (SERIAL). Press 1-8-8-3-3-10-5-9-5. Exit from I/O (SERIAL). Must be in phase 4.
- Unlocks PEACE DREAM.
- Phase 06: Enter to I/O (SERIAL). Press 6-9-7-10-4-10. Exit from I/O (SERIAL). Must be in phase 5.
- Unlocks 夜間行 ma-Remix and REFERENCE (LONG) and ANOTHER charts for PEACE DREAM and CALDERA.
- Phase MAX: Enter to I/O (SERIAL). Hold 1, then press 8-3-2-10-9-8. Must be in phase 6.
- Unlocks PEACE DREAM (LONG) and BE LOVIN (LONG).
