I made three jackets for ripple, but I only made one for knit.
When I heard this song, I thought it had a '70s American feeling, so I wonder if it's OK to use an illustration style of gravure magazines from that time? I mumbled while thinking about it. It was up to me.
Back then, it was difficult to express gradations just like right now, and it seems halftones created using a brush, and plates created by using a cutter on the black soot glass, expressed multicolored gradients by layering single tones over each other. To be honest, I don't know much about its extensive background history.
Or rather, I personally like these kinds of things, so while looking at my gathered materials, I came up with a past perspective and a simple expression advertising a surrealism influence, but that's alright!! While thinking about this, I spent quite a while on the brushwork, which was barely noticeable when textured, and enjoyed making it.
I'd like to implement this kind of expression using 3D shaders...
Also, I made a jacket for copious~.
