  • Like the original Pop'n Music, there's only one difficulty level for songs. The easiest is Masara, which is a 5. The hardest is Heavy Metal, which is a 23.
  • This is the first game in the series to have speed modifiers. However, the only one is 2X.
  • This is the first (and only) version of Pop'n Music to have Scotty D (Scott Dolph) in it.
