With many restrictions still in place due to COVID, KONAMI continued their focus on home-releases. 2021 saw both new home releases and revamped versions of older home releases, bringing them in line with the newer releases.
February
- February 1st: コナステ ノスタルジア is released.
- February 5th: BEMANI presents 東方ULTIMATE WEAPON, an album of remixes of songs from ZUN's Touhou series of video games, appears exclusively on beatmania IIDX ULTIMATE MOBILE.
- February 17th: SOUND VOLTEX EXCEED GEAR is released.
- A new cabinet for SOUND VOLTEX games, the Valkyrie model, is also released.
- February 28th: support for the original beatmania IIDX INFINITAS ended.
March
- March 17th: beatmania IIDX 28 BISTROVER ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK released.

- April 21st: GITADORA HIGH-VOLTAGE is released.
- April 26th: Online update for SOUND VOLTEX EXCEED GEAR is released in Japan.
- April 28th: Online update for SOUND VOLTEX EXCEED GEAR is released in Korea.

- May 6th: OVER 200, an album of ten original songs that run over 200 BPM, appears exclusively on beatmania IIDX ULTIMATE MOBILE.
- May 7th: jubeat (2021), a heavily revamped version of jubeat plus / jubeat plus (Android), is released.

- June 7th: BEMANI PRO LEAGUE began.

- DanceDanceRevolution (コナステ) enters its alpha test.

- September 5th: TAG announces his going freelance on his twitter account, ending his 15-year tenure at KONAMI. He left the following day. [1]

- September 8th: GITADORA NEX+AGE Original Soundtrack album released.

- October 13th: beatmania IIDX 29 CastHour is released.

- November 8th: DanceDanceRevolution GRAND PRIX (formerly known as DanceDanceRevolution (コナステ)) is released.
- November 17th: DANCERUSH STARDOM ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK vol.1 album released.

- December 1st: SOUND VOLTEX EXCEED GEAR コナステ, a heavily upgraded version of SOUND VOLTEX III GRAVITY WARS コナステ, is released.
- December 15th: pop'n music peace Original Soundtrack album released.
