- Sand Blow is one of the EXTRA STAGE songs of the Replicant D-ignition event of DanceDanceRevolution (2014). It could be played after filling the yellow NITRO vial.
- From August 6th, 2015 to December 23rd, 2015, Sand Blow could be unlocked via the EXTRA ATTACK unlocking system after filling the yellow NITRO vial. Note that the SURVIVED BONUS meter had to be filled on BEGINNER, then BASIC, DIFFICULT, and then finally EXPERT.
- From December 24th, 2015 onwards, Sand Blow has been automatically unlocked for all players.
- Sand Blow marks Yoshihiko Koezuka's first original composition for the DanceDanceRevolution series.
- Sand Blow was added to GITADORA Tri-Boost on June 17th, 2015 as part of the Kaitou BisCo no yokokujou!! (怪盗BisCoの予告状!!) event.
- Sand Blow marks the first Replicant D-ignition song to appear outside of the DanceDanceRevolution series.

This is Yoshihiko Koezuka, who usually works in GITADORA.
So DDR... what is dance music? Well, because I do not know, I do not feel scared, instead I feel rather free.
I thought an inorganic feeling would be better than a melodic one, so I worked hard on the rhythm and riff of the intro~A melody.
But shortly afterwards, when there was a little of guitar solo development, I changed it to riff... patience ^^.
The climax melody is super easy to remember. I think that I completed a passionate song as a result.
I will be pleased if you can feel the passion of a glimpse in a dry space.
