One of pop'n music's most frequent composers, Seiya's history with the company dates back to as early as 1996, where he started off doing music for various tracks for the (at the time) popular ''Tokimeki Memorial Vocal'' CDs. His first project for Bemani was the 1999 pop'n stage EX, a re-release of [[PnS_AC_1|pop'n stage EX]] with two new songs, one of them being his song [[WE TWO ARE ONE]] that was soon ported to [[PnM AC 4|pop'n music 4]]. He served as head sound director of [[PnM AC 4|pop'n music 4]] and [[PnM AC 5|pop'n music 5]], as well as co-director of KEYBOARDMANIA 2ndMIX with  [[Hiroki Koga|Naya-n]] and head sound director of KEYBOARDMANIA 3rdMIX, the final entry in the series. After pop'n music 5, fellow Bemani composer [[Jun Wakita]] would become the sound direction of pop'n music with [[PnM AC 6|pop'n music 6]], though Seiya continued to sound direct various pop'n music entries for a few years after.
