GitaDora Point (GDP) Unlocks
New to GF/DM V7, players earn GitaDora Points (GDP) for cleared songs in Standard and Battle Mode. The amount of points awarded per song is based on the following formula:

- A minimum of 100 points is earned per playthrough so long as the player passes at least the first stage on the playthrough.
Initially there is a limit of 10000 GDP that can be earned, but this limit increases over time; as of 8/2/2010, the maximum GDP limit has increased to 40000. After earning a set amount of points, the following songs unlock.
