- Le Swing is a rearranged medley of 天庭, ZETA, and neu.
- Despite being bundled with pop'n music portable, V-RARE SOUND TRACK 17 doesn't feature any new KONAMI original songs from pop'n music portable. Instead, all the tracks are remixes of songs from pop'n music 15 ADVENTURE, the arcade game that pop'n music portable is based on.
- All songs represented on V-RARE SOUND TRACK 17 are either present as the final song of a WORLD of pop'n music 15 ADVENTURE's Elements Course, or on its HELL 15 Course.
- Votum stellarum -forest #25 RMX- is the only song from the HELL 15 Course that isn't present in any way.
- In addition to featuring Mimi and Nyami on the front cover, SUPERモグー, WELL-DONE, madam RAGORA, micro, fili, 星のひと, ∑, lithos, and ? make appearances on the back cover.
