RemyWiki:Todo

Todo list

This is a general todo list for things that:

• Need finishing
• Requesting a translation for something (like lyrics, simple stuff on pages, whatever)
• Updating content
• Page requests
• Other things that need "doing" on the Wiki

Anyone can update and add to this but please make sure to sign it and include (in at least some detail) what you want done.

Please try to keep it orderly and tidy!

If you finished off something (EG did a translation request, content update, fufilled a request or whatever), want to claim a task or want to give an update on a task, just create an extra bulletpoint for it. For example:

• We need the some TAKA translations done on here here and here (pretend there's links on the heres) --Corin (talk) 03:00, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• Gonna work on that now --Corin (talk) 03:46, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• That should now finished might want to get someone to check it though. (link to diff here or something) --Corin (talk) 03:46, 5 October 2014 (UTC)

Pages that needs finishing

• Basically the whole of the DDR section needs finishing Corin (talk) 02:54, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• SOUND VOLTEX licenses are mostly missing. --FinalOffset (talk) 03:01, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• Working on the missing pages, three new pages a week more and less. --FinalOffset (talk) 03:49, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• A lot of the SDVX licenses, specifically the ones that use Vocaloids, have information that can easily be found on other wikis, which I feel could be helpful to sorting this. totally not by MENDES (talk) 21:42, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
• I know that. I'm slowly updating the pages because I'm following the release dates where the songs were added to the game. --FinalOffset (talk) 23:18, 10 January 2015 (UTC)
• Some new GF/DM songs from GF9/dm8 to V4 are missing. --FinalOffset (talk) 03:01, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• Working on that, about 4 pages are being updated/created per 1~3 days. --FinalOffset (talk) 03:49, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• Just some song pages from GF11/dm10 to V2 are left. --FinalOffset (talk) 16:21, 29 December 2014 (UTC)
• After a long time, GF11/dm10 is finished! Only V and V2 are left. --FinalOffset (talk) 15:23, 11 April 2015 (UTC)
• V done, just V2 left! --FinalOffset (talk) 20:52, 23 May 2015 (UTC)
• Every GF/DM song is done! --FinalOffset (talk) 00:33, 11 June 2015 (UTC)
• Albums and record labels are mostly missing as well (there's only one record label here and lots of BEMANI-related albums missing). --FinalOffset (talk) 03:14, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• I'll take care of the Dancemania/Trance Paradise articles. AeronPeryton (talk) 11:39, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
• Could we add pages for expert courses/Dan courses in the IIDXicon for each style? I'm pretty sure a few expert courses differ from CS to AC with CS specific songs. If someone wants to make a template, I could contribute the majority of the expert CS course info. halford88 (talk)
• Created a template: IIDX Course. Usage:

Right now it can hold 12 courses, though it can be expanded if it's necessary. --FinalOffset (talk) 13:02, 16 April 2015 (UTC)

Translation Requests

• Lots of song/video production informations are missing. --FinalOffset (talk) 03:01, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• I'll do what I can for the IIDX parts, but I can't promise that I can get them all done nor can I vouch for the complete accuracy for them as well. We need more people to help with this. CardinalDan (talk) 12:14, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
• Accuracy-wise I can help a little, although it'll be more English grammar and wording than the actual translation (cos I can't even read/understand much Jap and the sources :P). So it'll be just changing words here and there. Pointaken47 (talk) 12:28, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
• I can work a bit on it when I have enough time (there are many things left to do here). --FinalOffset (talk) 12:55, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
• Lots of songs need their lyrics translated or finished translating! Popping a few here. Obviously there's a lot more but this is just to kick it off Corin (talk) 03:33, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• I can romanize things (for the most part) and I can translate a little bit, are partial translations allowed? --Elpis (talk) 19:26, 17 October 2014 (UTC)
• Yes, they are, though complete translations are encouraged. --FinalOffset (talk) 19:34, 17 October 2014 (UTC)
• I found some lyrics to Turii Panta Rhei, from what this says, the song is in a fictional language, here I found official (I think) translations for Japanese. Should I add them to the page with one section being official lyrics, Japanese lyrics? --Elpis (talk) 17:18, 21 November 2014 (UTC)
• It really would be great if anyone could translate the character profiles and song production info of the Shiritsu BEMANI gakuen songs (found here. totally not by MENDES (talk) 10:54, 30 November 2014 (UTC)

Content Updates

• beatmania IIDX song pages up to beatmania IIDX 14 GOLD need to be updated with proper credits and notecounts/difficulty changes. --FinalOffset (talk) 03:01, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• I'll try,but it will be slowly. --Riskjunk (talk) 04:25, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• Have been chipping away at these, and I'm struggling to find any ones that are incorrectly formatted. Note counts are still a problem, but the format and credits should mostly be sorted out. -totally not by MENDES (talk) 16:38, 11 February 2015 (UTC)
• Some songs' lyrics existed on their pages maybe wrong(or different format from the booklet), I'll try to find them out and fix them. --Ginzo (talk) 17:43, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• Future support: beatmania (5-key) will be added once most of the DDR pages are complete (and not on a stubby stage). Other BEMANI games will follow once more pages are completed. --FinalOffset (talk) 16:24, 14 February 2015 (UTC)
• Does KARAOKE REVOLUTION count as a BEMANI game? Just need to know so I can add it to the Music Game Appearances lists of some of the EXTREME CS US / Fusion / Festival DDR licenses. --totally not by MENDES (talk) 17:39, 16 March 2015 (UTC)
• Just noticed the back covers of the american games have the BEMANI logo on them, so I say they count. Are we going to add them to the wiki too? --DJ Tomoe (talk) 11:44, 1 June 2015 (UTC)
• Are we going to include Beat'n Groovy to the wiki? --DJ Tomoe (talk) 03:14, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
• Their 5 button charts are identical to their pop'n music counterparts, correct? I suppose we could, but I ain't buying it to get information on it. --M.B. (talk) 04:15, 30 March 2015 (UTC)
• I have an RGH modded XBOX 360, i might get it for free and start writing the stuff about it. --IkutoP (talk) 15:23, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
• Im gonna have a headstart on doing Sound Profiles for the BEMANI Artists. --IkutoP (talk) 15:22, 27 May 2015 (UTC)
• Im gonna make some more pages for the new batch of artists that have been comming into pop'n and so on...
• They seem to be pushing BeatStream as a mainline BEMANI game (more than DanEvo and FTT), so when is the time to add it to the wiki? --totally not by MENDES (talk) 19:38, 15 July 2015 (UTC)
• I'll probably do it since i got a couple of weeks free, i'll try to carve as much as i can with my limited japanese knowledge. --IkutoP (talk) 02:51, 16 July 2015 (UTC)
• Once again, much like 5-key beatmania, do not add other BEMANI game until the ones that are already here are rather complete. --FinalOffset (talk) 02:55, 16 July 2015 (UTC)

Page requests

• Copyright/DMCA info page, this isn't for anyone to do but myself (popping it here as a reminder) --Corin (talk) 04:01, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• So if the beatmania IIDX and pop'n music characters have pages, why not the DDR characters? --MirageRose (talk) 05:14, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• There are some red links on the wiki for them (e.g. AFRO, EMI), so if someone wants to fill them up, go ahead. --FinalOffset (talk) 14:42, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• I would like to try, but I don't know how to start. Is there a template I should follow? Other characters in the wiki have only one biography listed, but DDR changes them pretty much every mix if they're available. Only the first one should be included or all of them? --DJ Tomoe (talk) 21:17, 23 October 2014 (UTC)
• Just follow another character page, the most up to date biography should be included, and any information exclusively available on earlier titles should be included as well. --FinalOffset (talk) 00:52, 24 October 2014 (UTC)
• Just added some info on RAGE and created EMI's page. I didn't know how to put her appearance in Pop'n. Let me know if it's OK and if it needs changes. --DJ Tomoe (talk) 00:23, 26 October 2014 (UTC)
• Good job! I honestly don't know what else can be put there, but any info will do. --FinalOffset (talk) 00:56, 26 October 2014 (UTC)
• Year pages. These pages, titled 2014 (year) for example, will contain the list of releases of new version, campaigns, collaboration events, time-limited songs, and if available, the list of songs added at the year. --KIPPIE408 (talk) 12:59, 29 December 2014 (UTC)

Other stuff

• Templates for song series/event songs (i.e. Nettou! BEMANI Stadium songs) are being worked on. --FinalOffset (talk) 03:10, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• I'm currently finishing most cross-BEMANI events, will work on the individual series later. --FinalOffset (talk) 15:37, 10 October 2014 (UTC)
• Is this being done for every BEMANI game event? (i.e. LIMIT BURST and Spada†leggendaria too?) --UBerserker (talk) 18:56, 10 October 2014 (UTC)
• Yeah, that's what I'm planning to do, at least for the EXTRA STAGE/EXTRA RUSH/whatever boss songs events. --FinalOffset (talk) 19:01, 10 October 2014 (UTC)
• I'm helping out as well. I already did the templates for the PARANOiA and TRIP MACHINE song series. --MirageRose (talk) 04:30, 13 October 2014 (UTC)
• Knocked one up for the "Sakura" series. Am willing to do more. MENDES (talk) 03:31, 25 October 2014 (UTC)
• Could Touhou songs have their own templates too (one for each recurring BGM)? I once thought of using categories, but either way, it might be too tedious (suggestion though, and of course once everything else is done) Pointaken47 (talk) 12:56, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
• Song lists in game pages will be put on tables (see the GuitarFreaks V6 & DrumMania V6 page for an example). --FinalOffset (talk) 04:41, 5 October 2014 (UTC)
• I'll start on the IIDX template; will do PENDUAL first. --Tsugaru7reveng (talk) 15:32, 10 October 2014 (UTC)
• Made an initial one here; feel free to edit though. Will still continue it if ever. --Tsugaru7reveng (talk) 16:20, 10 October 2014 (UTC)
• And it's done. --Tsugaru7reveng (talk) 03:15, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
• I did some adjustments (mostly by splitting the tables, that should be done with some of the other pages), but good job! --FinalOffset (talk) 03:43, 11 October 2014 (UTC)
• pop'n CG design information for CS games still need to be filled in. I'll get on that soon. --M.B. (talk) 17:38, 10 October 2014 (UTC)
• Collapse/Expand buttons for the Lyrics section? For the following reasons:
• Sections for short version and long version lyrics.
• It's/it will be a pain in the a** to scroll through this. --Tsugaru7reveng (talk) 01:54, 19 October 2014 (UTC)
• I know the code:

(Lyrics go here.)

MirageRose (talk) 05:13, 9 January 2015 (UTC)

• Thanks! Wonder if it looks alright though; Expand button looks out of place in my end. Must be my theme I guess. --Tsugaru7reveng (talk) 15:26, 9 January 2015 (UTC)
• I just created a template for hide/show text:
(text)
--FinalOffset (talk) 15:21, 12 April 2015 (UTC)
• Since I'm new to RemyWiki, I had been a DDR fan since early 2007, starting DDR 3rdMIX (Replaced by 4thMIX). So today I will have to research on missing Dancemania licensed songs and other Konami originals in red links from 1st to Extreme. And thanks for the edits and additional information. --TargonRedDragon (talk) 20:28, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
• Welcome to RemyWiki. Please take a look to our Song Page Guidelines if you have some questions about the format on creating pages. --FinalOffset (talk) 12:46, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
• Thank you for your assistance. I will be sure to use these format and its example when I find a song for classic DDR AC games (but actually I'm not on to other Bemani games like pop'n, IIDX, gitadora, etc) --TargonRedDragon (talk) 20:51, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
• I've created the new page whose information is about the re-ratings from DDR 1stMIX to SuperNOVA2. It's required to see the changes/differences from 1-10 and 1-20. It will take a long time and effort to gather those songs and the ratings (including removed songs from location test of DDR X) --TargonRedDragon (talk) 22:40, 14 February 2015 (UTC)
• A while back I got a request from a Korean editor who wished to translate the Wiki with him and a few friends/other BEMANI people. Would anyone be opposed to a KR namespace for localisation/possible other namespaces in future if anyone else wishes to take up the task? --Corin (talk) 02:29, 9 May 2015 (UTC)
• How about we add interviews to the wiki? As a lot of them are old and websites eventually go down. Or if not, add them to the artists' related links section. --DJ Tomoe (talk) 19:35, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
