I want to immediately jump into this gentle world right now.
I wonder what I'd be like... like a little match girl...
It's like peeking into a party from the window outside... that's what I had in mind while drawing it.
This warm yet sad and distinct atmosphere, is unique to Christmas.
I received the jacket image in advance, so while I was wondering what kind of song it'd become~, I was earnestly listening to a Christmas music box medley that I appropriately found.
When drawing jackets, I generally listen to the song on the jacket while wearing earphones, but this time, the jacket and song were simultaneously progressing smoothly, so I drew it while feeling uplifted by the music box medley.
I found out that I'm moved by music boxes. They make me cry.
The difference between listening to it with and without earphones is amazing, as if I'm just in another world.
I never dreamed that the person sitting next to me was somehow frowning while listening to such pure music.
Yes, I went into another world.
For the jacket image, I first received quite a specific order, so afterwards, when I wondered if I had enough time to summarize it well and tightly with a cute feeling~, the checked pattern in the background was quite difficult, and I thought to myself, "checked craftsmen are amazing!".
I don't know if such craftsmen exist.
This jacket is packed with as many characters from each BEMANI game series as possible.
