- Second and final PLUS version.
- Also, DanceDanceRevolution 4thMIX PLUS Solo is the final Solo cabinet release.
- The "All Music" folder has been added, allowing players to choose any song without restrictions, unlike in the original DanceDanceRevolution 4thMIX. However, character selection is randomized.
- At 150 songs, DanceDanceRevolution 4thMIX PLUS had the most number of songs of any DanceDanceRevolution release until DanceDanceRevolution EXTREME.
- NINZABURO was renamed FURUHATA'S THEME.
