- "Kimi to watashi no ongaku" (キミとワタシのオンガク) is Japanese for "music of you and me".
- キミとワタシのオンガク marks Seiya Murai's only original composition for the BeatStream series.
- According to Seiya Murai, he was requested by Qrispy Joybox to write a song that would fit the 8-bit motif of BeatStream.
- Murai also jokes about how long it's been since he last used ALT in a song (which was almost three years ago, with ガラス越し→バイなう in GITADORA). The first word of キミとワタシのオンガク's lyrics, "ひさしぶり" (hisashiburi, Japanese for "long time no see"), may be a reference to this.
- According to Motoco, the characters in キミとワタシのオンガク's video are named Moegi (もえぎ, green-haired girl), Nanoha (なのは, yellow-haired girl), Ruri (るり, blue-haired girl), and Sakura (さくら, pink-haired girl).
