People repeatedly experience meetings and partings, and I live with these various overlapping thoughts. If there's a beginning, there's an ending. But if there's an ending, there's something that begins.

This song named graduation is not just about looking back at the past and ending a drama, but continues for the future of tomorrow after graduating.

There are 4 versions of GRADUATION, but the version in pop'n 12 this time is a game-short version used in DDR.

During the season when I was making this song, it coincided with the time when the main vocalist Kosaka graduated from high school.
So it seems her real feelings were placed in the song's lyrics.

Several times in life when people repeatedly "graduate", what do they gain and lose?

For the sake of our future, you should advance towards a guided path where there's perhaps "graduation".

In the scene of running down a slope during the song's movie, I was initially thinking of using Emi's family-run electronics store as a telephone pole sign, but the idea was rejected with the risk it used another company's name. With the "Shiba" connection, it became "Biker Mikoshiba (Note: pop'n team designer)".

I thought about telling him but forgot, so I vigorously got consent after video production concluded. I'm sorry Mikoshiba.
