Boys and girls. Parting and growing up.

Boys and girls have different perspectives, right? Boys drag things out. Girls completely forget things. Both their very good experiences probably won't change.

I wonder if this is due to the brain being structured slightly different due to the chromosomes. Although humans are the same creatures, they apparently have different brain structures.
Boys' brains can capture things from various angles, and are strong when they hit a wall. Girls have a narrow view, but their brains are able to concentrate.... I wonder if it's like this? I seemed to learn this in university.
When it comes to love, girls seem to find it difficult to control their emotions. Oh, I'm going to die! And so....
I can't definitely say this, but boys seem to have affairs in their hearts. But when girls are in love, they somehow can't see other men, right? This is also part of the mysterious brain structure. The mysterious brain is programmed to retain descendants since ancient times. It's a profound mystery. Huh... it doesn't matter♪

When playing this song, it's enjoyable from the moment it separates into both sides.

BOY'S REASON

Japanese

Why did you go away

(Why did you go away...)

Why did you go away
僕が選んだ結末はいつの日か未来へと繋がるだろう
出会って始まった想いは永久にこの胸に
運命と信じたいほど愛してた

GIRL'S SIGHT

English

Why did you go away?
Leaving me to mend this broken heart again
How can I go on?
When our love was so strong
Oh baby this beat goes on

How could you tell me love was our fate
How could you leave without explanation
That ain't the way our story should end
Cause I know feelings were real

I know everyday when the sun will rise
And at night the moon will shine
I'll still be standing here all alone wondering why why

Why did you go away?
Leaving me to mend this broken heart again
How can I go on?
When our love was so strong

Oh baby this beat goes on
And on And on
On and on and on
Tell me what went wrong
Baby now it's a sad love song
I'm standing here all alone and I'm crying

Why did you go away?

Why did you go away?
Leaving me to mend this broken heart again
How can I go on?
When our love was so strong
Oh baby this beat goes on
And on And on
On and on and on
Tell me what went wrong
To make it a sad love song
And I'm all alone
And the beat goes on and on
I'm all alone....

This song title's key point is.... after selecting this song, there are "two branching versions".

Why did you go away ~GIRL'S SIGHT~
Why did you go away ~BOY'S REASON~

That's right, two versions of this song exist.
The GIRL version normally appears, but the BOY version occasionally~ comes out.
(Its branching conditions are a secret♪)

I want to depict love from both sides instead of from just a single perspective.... jun has always had such thoughts for a long time.
That was the start of this project.
And since I wanted to express "this is the first time two songs suit the same love theme", I dared to include the current pattern, "it looks as one song on the surface, but it has two versions inside".
(Thank you very much to all the team members!)
.... That's why this song depicts the moment when both certain lovers walk separate paths, from female and male perspectives.
A woman broke up with the man.... and left her feelings behind (GIRL's SIGHT), and why the man chose to break up with her (BOY'S REASON).....
Please try and carefully listen to them at least once.

And since the lyrics had such concept, I tried using various ideas to show different "faces" in the same song.
Firstly, the GIRL version is performed in English (TAHIRIH sang it, continuing from HAPPY☆ANGEL!), while the BOY version is performed in Japanese.
Initially, I just conveyed its general concept to TAHIRIH and asked her to form the lyrics, then jun looked at the finished lyrics and wrote the BOY'S version.
(Of course, I originally wanted a male singer to sing the BOY'S version, but.... the key didn't suit him, so I ended up singing it myself.)
Furthermore, I was obsessed with treating it as "one song", so the notecharts are completely similar, but I slightly changed the arrangement without affecting its charts.
By doing various things, I wonder if I could also give the same song a different face? That's what I thought about.

.... And there are various things I'd like you to listen to, so anyways, by all means, everyone please try to play it at least once.
And I'd be happy if you can also experience both versions☆
