Hajime was a long-time contributor to the beatmania series, getting his start in [[AC bm 3rd|beatmania 3rdMIX]] as a CG designer. He was also heavily involved with the CS beatmania games, directing near every PlayStation installment beginning with [[CS bm 3rd|beatmania APPEND 3rdMIX]]. He was also the director of the first four beatmania IIDX CS games, and also made videos for the series as well. Even after he stepped down as director following 6th style -new songs collection-, Hajime worked on a couple of song videos for [[AC 8th style|8th style]], and came back a couple of times to the CS games once production on them began again.
