- In order of appearance, the songs included are: 月光乱舞, マサカリブレイド, 極圏, GERBERA, GERBERA-For Finalists-, and 逆月.

TENKAICHI ULTIMATE BOSSRUSH MEDLEY was unveiled during the final round of the SOUND VOLTEX division of the Tenkaichi otogesai Zenkoku issei nintei taikai 2018 (天下一音ゲ祭全国一斉認定大会 2018) event.
- It was later added to all SOUND VOLTEX machines on March 15th, 2019 in SOUND VOLTEX VIVID WAVE.
  - This marks the first time in the SOUND VOLTEX series of a song that only became fully playable in a different version of the game compared to the one it was first shown in (SOUND VOLTEX IV HEAVENLY HAVEN).
TENKAICHI ULTIMATE BOSSRUSH MEDLEY was added to SOUND VOLTEX III GRAVITY WARS コナステ's REGULAR course on April 28th, 2020.
