BLASTER GATE (EXCEED GEAR コナステ)
BLASTER GATE was added to SOUND VOLTEX III GRAVITY WARS コナステ on January 5th, 2022. In this mode, you unlock songs after you fill up your BLASTER GAUGE. The gauge can be filled up by playing/clearing songs. Once it reaches 100%, you can play otherwise locked songs n the BLASTER GATE folder to unlock them for regular play, though on a more difficult, forced EXCESSIVE RATE. If the EXCESSIVE RATE falls down to 0 before you finish a song, you will lose the ability to unlock the song until you refill the BLASTER GAUGE again. Either clearing the song or playing a certain difficulty 20 times will permanently unlock the song for normal play. What charts you unlock depends on the difficulty selected; if played on the highest difficulty of that song, all charts below that difficulty will unlock with it.
Both new songs and old monthly INFINITE distribution songs from SOUND VOLTEX III GRAVITY WARS コナステ can be unlocked in this mode.
