- During November and December 2000, KONAMI held several contests, the DanceDanceRevolution 5thMIX Musicmanship Trial Contests. One of them was a contest of remixing PARANOiA, of which the winner was Takeshi Matsumoto (松本健), aged 18 at the time, with PARANOiA ETERNAL.
- PARANOiA ETERNAL, under the title PARANOiA ETERNAL (Audition Best Remix Tune), was then included on the NAOKI'S PREMIUM TRACKS album, which was a prize for the winners of the DanceDanceRevolution 4thMIX PLUS' INTERNET RANKING.
- PARANOiA ETERNAL is the second song in the PARANOiA series that isn't arranged by Naoki Maeda, after PARANOiA KCET ~clean mix~ (which was arranged by 2MB).
- B4U glorious style, DYNAMITE RAVE (Long ver.) and PARANOiA ETERNAL don't appear on the nonstop megamix of the DanceDanceRevolution 5thMIX ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK album.
