General Information / Changes

BMCoreTitle.png
  • Song list focuses mainly on remixes of songs from the first two beatmania titles, denoted as "NEW!" on the song selection screen. Every other song from beatmania ClubMIX was removed.
    • The original songs are playable as well, and are denoted as "CLASSIC" on the song selection screen.
  • Song titles are now displayed as low-resolution grayscale artwork tinted according to the current song/chart type: NEW! songs are white, ANOTHER charts are red, CLASSIC songs are brown.
  • Tomosuke Funaki makes his beatmania debut.
  • The beatmania CORE REMIX opening theme, titled CORE-DES, marks Osamu Migitera's first song for BEMANI. His first playable songs in the beatmania series would appear later in beatmania 6thMIX, though.
