General Information / Changes
- First mainline DanceDanceRevolution arcade game to launch without any new licenses.
- Single and Double can now be switched on the same credit by pressing 3 on the numeric keypad.
- With the introduction of this feature, play style is now indicated at the TOTAL RESULT screen.
- The ability to pay PREMIUM with coins has been added for Japanese version machines. [1]
- EXTRA STAGE system carried over from DanceDanceRevolution A20 PLUS; please see its page for more details.
- Songs from DanceDanceRevolution A20 and A20 PLUS that were unlockable via the following systems/events are now available by default:
- FLOOR INFECTION
- Ichika no BEMANI chou janken taikai 2020 (いちかのBEMANI超じゃんけん大会2020)
- EXTRA SAVIOR PLUS
- DDR CHALLENGE Carnival PLUS
- COURSE TRIAL
- Maishuu! Ichika no chou BEMANI rush 2020 (毎週！いちかの超BEMANIラッシュ2020)
- CHALLENGE charts for HAPPY☆ANGEL and ZETA～素数の世界と超越者～, which were exclusive to only the ☆☆☆☆ and Intelligence NONSTOP courses in A20 PLUS, are now available by default.
- A20 and A20 PLUS songs from the following groups/systems/events were not available by default at the time of launch:
- "Legend License" remixes/covers (20th anniversary model exclusive only)
- GOLDEN LEAGUE PLUS
- BEMANI 2021 manatsu no utagassen 5 ban shoubu (BEMANI 2021真夏の歌合戦5番勝負)
- BPL ouen gakkyoku kaikin stamp rally (BPL応援 楽曲解禁スタンプラリー)
- DanceDanceRevolution GRAND PRIX music pack exclusives
- All non-player scores (via e-amusement data) have been reset.
