General Information / Changes
- Third and final arcade KEYBOARDMANIA release.
- Only arcade KEYBOARDMANIA game with licenses.
- Compatible with GUITARFREAKS 5thMIX & drummania 4thMIX and GUITARFREAKS 6thMIX & drummania 5thMIX to play MultiSession GDK, which allows you to play twelve songs simultaneously in GUITARFREAKS, drummania, and KEYBOARDMANIA at the same time. Out of the twelve songs:
- Seven are GUITARFREAKS/drummania crossovers, along with two licensed covers.
- Three KEYBOARDMANIA songs: しりとり from KEYBOARDMANIA, VITALIZE from KEYBOARDMANIA 2ndMIX, and Labyrinth from KEYBOARDMANIA 3rdMIX.
- Almost none of the GUITARFREAKS / drummania crossovers or licensed covers have unique videos. The only exception is モンキーマジック.
- ANOTHER difficulty is introduced, although only four songs have this difficulty. Only available in Single play through a special command.

PRESSURE Mode
- After having unlocked PRESSURE mode (via the method described in Unlock PRESSURE Mode & Hidden Songs), follow the steps below to activate it.
- Start the game on either play side (P1 or P2).
- On the SELECT PLAY MODE screen, push the wheel down and continue to hold it.
- After a few audible clicking sounds, PRESSURE mode will appear and become available to select.
- You can go back to the other modes by pushing the wheel up.

Unlock Information
Unlock PRESSURE Mode & Hidden Songs
- Follow the steps below to unlock PRESSURE mode and the three hidden songs (The Least 100sec, エリーゼのために, おもちゃの兵隊の行進).
- If the unlock code has already been entered, an icon of USAO-kun (purple rabbit mascot) will be in the upper-right corner of the title screen.
- Go to the startup test sequence (either reset the machine, or enter and exit Test Mode).
- During the hardware test, press and hold 2P START and the three black keys on the rightmost side of the 1P keyboard.
- Continue to hold all of the above until the next screen appears.
- If successful, there will be audio that says "PLAY," and the USAO-kun icon will appear in the upper-right corner of the title screen.
Play ANOTHER Charts
