Maya Takamura joined the beatmania IIDX video designer staff during the production for [[AC IIDX RED|beatmania IIDX 11 IIDX RED]], when there was a big push to start bringing in new talent to the beatmania IIDX team. Another mostly 2D artist, her coloring style, vaguely reminiscent of watercolor, provides a contrast to [[Goli Matsumoto|GOLI]]'s (usually) cel-shaded works, although she did a few 3D movies. Maya was during her stay at KONAMI one of the very few women on the beatmania IIDX graphics design team, but was one of many staffers who played beatmania IIDX; her KONAMI ID was 6233-6531. | |||
