Summary to be updated.

February

  • February 7th: DanceDanceRevolution (2013) is released to Korean arcades.
  • February 15th: KONAMI announces at JAEPO 2014 the revival of their beatnation Records label, and also announces a new group, beatnation RHYZE, which consists nearly entirely of commission artists who have contributed to BEMANI over the past two years. The first three members of the seven-member lineup were confirmed: DJ TOTTO (leader, and the then only in-house member), Hommarju, and P*Light. In addition, Naoyuki Sato (猫叉Master) joined the main group as its seventh member.

March

April

  • Unknown date: Due to rising taxes, KONAMI adds PASELI-only features to Japanese BEMANI games on a far bigger scale than they had for the past four years, locking Japanese players out of certain modes (especially EXTRA STAGE in most games' cases) and features. The average price of a game via PASELI also increased from 100 yen to 120 yen. Please see the individual pages for pages for games released in/during 2014 as to how each game was affected.

  • May 12th: DanceDanceRevolution (2014) is released to Japanese arcades.
