- Fitness software aimed at women, using the DanceDanceRevolution mat as way to do several exercises.
- Includes a "DDR Mode" for standard DanceDanceRevolution gameplay. The stepzone is in the middle of the screen, like in the Solo series.
- Songs are longer than the average DanceDanceRevolution song at around 3 minutes in length, and there's no licenses.
