General Information / Changes

  • Direct port of DanceDanceRevolution Internet Ranking Version, but with two new CS songs and three songs from DanceDanceRevolution 2ndMIX.
    • Charts are based on the ones from the Internet Ranking version of the game. As such, all songs have full SINGLE charts and both BASIC & TRICK charts on DOUBLE.
  • Only console DanceDanceRevolution title in any region with STRICTLY BUSINESS as a playable song.
  • Color-coded FLAT arrow fixed from the arcade version.
  • The OUCH!! judgement, which breaks a combo and lowers the DANCE GAUGE, is exclusive to ARRANGE MODE. It penalizes the player for hitting anything other than an arrow.
  • Total songs: 16

Codes & Unlock Information

Secret Modes

Enter these codes in the Mode selection (on either ARCADE or ARRANGE) by pressing Up/Select to enter the Secret Mode Select screen. The following modes that can be unlocked are as follows:

  • DOUBLE Mode: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right
  • MANIAC Mode: Left, Left, Right, Right, Left, Left, Right, Right
  • ANOTHER Mode: Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Up, Down, Down
  • MIRROR Mode: Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right

Song Unlocks

Songs are unlocked over time by clearing a certain amount of songs, of which are listed alphabetically:

  • BOYS: clear 600 songs in NORMAL or HARD mode.
  • I believe in miracles: clear 700 songs in NORMAL or HARD mode.
  • MAKE A JAM!: clear NORMAL mode 10 times.
  • PARANOiA KCET ~clean mix~: clear HARD mode 100 times.
  • PARANOiA MAX~DIRTY MIX~: clear HARD mode 500 times.

Other Unlocks

  • EASY mode: hold left on the mode select screen and then hold down the OK button.
  • EDIT mode: clear 500 songs in any non-EASY mode.
  • To access VERSUS mode, plug two controllers into the ports, then while one player press Start for ARCADE/ARRANGE Mode, the other holds the Down arrow before the Game mode selection shows up. Then, the other player joins in, and if done correctly, you will see "VERSUS" on the song selection screen. Otherwise, you will play COUPLE mode.
  • To gain access to the Normal 3 stages on Double Mode (which is only playable for 1 stage), plug controllers on both 1P and 2P and press the Start button or the O button for both of them at the same time before the Game Mode selection screen. By doing this, you can play 3 stages if you choose Double mode on the Secret Mode Select menu.
